(New Orleans, Louisiana) Northshore jewelry designer, Anne Dale, has a new line of rings that feature a fleur de lis in the center and the words “Return to New Orleans, Louisiana” around the rectangular ring for women’s sterling silver or 14-karat gold (there is also a men’s version of the ring).
