You describe what you need. We examine the piece and tell you exactly what we see — the condition, what the repair involves and what it will cost. No surprises. No work begins without your approval.

We document everything.
Your item is photographed before it enters the shop. Three copies of a detailed repair ticket are created — one for you, one for our front of house and one that travels with your jewelry through every step of the repair.

We keep you informed.
We communicate by text — updates, completion notices, questions about your preferences. You are never left wondering where your jewelry is or what is happening to it. It is here. We are on it.

If you have old or unwanted gold jewelry — a broken chain, an outdated setting, a piece you no longer wear — we buy gold at fair market value. Many customers apply that value directly toward the cost of a repair or a new piece.
