ORDER FULFILLMENT:
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing shipment of all internet orders. If orders are expected to take longer than 12 business days, you will be notified by a sales representative. This may occur during holiday time due to the high volume of orders. Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within Louisiana.
RING SIZING:
Carefully order your ring size. You may exchange the ring or have your ring re-sized, but all related shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
COMPLIMENTARY POLISHING
We offer free polishing during the first year of your purchase date. Customer is responsible for return shipping and jewelry must be shipped to Anne Dale’s via insured US Mail, UPS or Fed Ex.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN PERFECT CONDITION.
THE EXCHANGE ORDER MUST MEET OR EXCEED THE CREDIT AMOUNT.
Please allow up to two weeks for a return to process.
Special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions.
