I contacted this company on instagram. I was told that my question was passed along to the owners. I never received an answer to my question on instagram. They also suggested I call the phone number. I called their phone number this last week during business hours. No one answered and it said voicemail not set up. So I am not sure how you are supposed to get in contact with this business. To this day, no one responded to my instagram question. I cannot recommend this company due to poor communication. I contacted another local jeweler and was helped immediately.

My fiance and I were gifted his great-grandmother's engagement ring to use for ourselves. We brought the ring to Anne Dale Jewelers to have it reset and make it our own. They went above and beyond any expectations we had going into the process. They listened to what we wanted and suggested things that we would have never thought of doing. All while at the same time not being pushy or just trying to upsell us. Anne Dale Jewelers is now our jeweler for life! I purchased my fiancée’s engagement ring from here and since then I have been recommending them to everyone I know looking for jewelry. Anne and Mike provided the best customer service I have ever received from a jeweler. They were so helpful, patient and friendly throughout the entire process. The first time that I went in when I started looking for a ring, Mike sat with me for over an hour and explained everything I needed to know about picking the perfect diamond and walked me through the entire process. I have always appreciated business owners that aren’t looking to just make a sale but want to teach you about the products so you know what you are getting. Through my interactions with them I could see they are great and kind people who genuinely care and are passionate about their business and the service they provide. I could not have been more impressed with the service they provided and the quality of the ring they made.

Anne and Mike were so wonderful and helpful while assisting my fiancé to secure my engagement ring. We live in Boston but wanted to make sure the ring came from our family’s trusted jeweler, so Anne was kind enough to FaceTime with my fiancé to show him stones, settings, etc. Once we were engaged and home for the holidays, they had us come into the store to make sure I was 100% happy with my ring. They resized the fit and reset the stone lower into my setting free of charge. There’s a reason my family continues to return to Anne Dale year after year - they care about their product, and they care about their customers!

I recently took my grandmother's ring to Anne Dale to have it remade and boy is it stunning now! This ring was a challenge! My grandmother had taken a ring and added on to it several times over the years with diamonds from different family members, over a dozen diamonds all of varying size. Anne discussed a preliminary design with me and then I went back in once she removed all the stones from the setting and she walked me through a few variations on ways we could build a new ring....2 weeks later and WOW! It is truly so stunning! My grandmother wore her jewelery daily and Anne made me a peice that I too will wear daily! If you have a peice that you would like redesigned, go see Anne, she will make all your dreams come true!

Let me start off by saying there is no need to go anywhere else! Walked in to Anne Dale right before Christmas this past year looking for something nice for my girlfriend. Found an amazing ring and jokingly said I would be back later that year to look at engagement rings with Mike. Fast forward a few months and I decided to propose earlier than anticipated.Mike and Anne went above and beyond with me. Between the education and the whole buying process I couldn't be happier. They brought in diamonds, multiple times, until we found the perfect one. The ring is BEAUTIFUL and I can't express it any other way.Since the proposal my fiancée has brought in her mother's wedding ring (who she trusted nobody with) and one of her necklaces for repair. Mike and Anne are like family. There is no need to go anywhere else for an engagement ring or beautiful jewelry.

My fiancé and I fell in love at first sight. Searching for a jeweler between the Southshore and Northshore to find the perfect jeweler brought a new set of eyes for the both of us. My fiancé first met with Michael and we returned shortly after and met with Anne. At this time they were moving locations and for a business had a lot of new and exciting things happening for them. They did not blink an eye when it came time to make their customers feel like the most important part of their day. My fiancé was determined to find the perfect ring and they made that their number one priority . Although working between two locations my fiancé expressed that he could not wait more that just a couple of days for the ring ; they seen the passion and desire and stayed up until midnight to get my ring just perfectly custom made. Michael being a professional Goldsmith and Anne being a professional Gemologist they are perfectly paired. We will seek them as our lifelong jeweler at their new location and I must add is must see showroom. We can’t express our gratitude enough. We went in to them after having an absolutely terrible experience with another “jeweler”, and they were immediately very friendly and very helpful. My experience at Anne Dale was amazing. I went in and was able to talk to Mike, and he basically broke down everything for me when it came to picking out or creating an engagement ring. From the start I could tell he wasn’t there to just sell me a ring. He made sure I made a complete and informed decision with what I was moving forward with. They were able to incorporate the main diamond from my girlfriend’s (now fiancé) grandma’s engagement ring, and the final product came out beautiful. Mrs. Anne and Mr. Mike were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They also resized the ring after I ordered the wrong size (of course I did), and my fiancé only had to give up her ring for a few hours. I can’t recommend them enough.

I can’t recommend Ann Dale Jewelers enough!!!! They have amazing customer service, so friendly and personal and they go above and beyond!!! Also they are very reasonably priced!I had to bring my ring in to be fixed when some diamonds fell out, they fixed it wonderfully, and when another diamond fell out, they fixed it again, and when I told them I was leaving for the weekend and wanted it for then, they fixed it for me in 2 days!!! I will definitely be using Ann Dales for all my jewelry needs!!

Totally Stunning. We heard of Anne Dale from very close friends, and they were recommended with high praise. We went in together to look at engagement rings, and while the perfect ring was not on display, Mike went above and beyond to piece together parts to give her a visual and bring her dream to life. My father gifted me my mother's wedding set when she died. They were married in 1928. The diamonds were lovely but i do not ever remember seeing them sparkle the way they did when we picked them up from Ann Dale. I can strongly recommend this jeweler. I truly believe the owners are honorable and trustworthy - the most important issue when you trust your diamonds to someone you do not know personally.

Fantastic people and great place to find jewelry. My daughter broke her name necklace and chain. They were able to sodder the name back together and I purchased a better chain to go with it! Super nice people and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them for jewelry repair and/or buying new jewelry!

Wow, I LOVE these guys!! I have used this analogy before-I teach English and Latin-but it's true: they can take an old rock from your driveway and produce a sparkling, beautiful treasure!! When moving to a new state it’s stressful establishing new relationships after leaving trusted ones behind. Anne and Mike have made it so easy for me on the Jeweler front. Anne has appraised several pieces of jewelry and Mike has Rhodium plated my white gold engagement ring and it looks gorgeous! They were so welcoming, friendly and professional at the same time. If they also cut hair and did manicures I’d be all set!Thanks Anne and Mike!

We will come here from now on, the customer service is great, unlike most places. Another business told my wife and I her ring had loose diamonds and needed to be sent off to be "repaired", which we thought was strange because she is always careful not to hit it on anything. We came here to get a second opinion, the gentleman here showed us the diamonds in her ring were secure and there was nothing wrong with it. He also offered to clean (for free) and replate her ring there if I wanted to wait, which only took 10-15 minutes and looks brand new now, unlike another company where we would have to send it off for almost two weeks. We will definitely come here from now on.

My brother and his fiancee bought their wedding band at Anne Dale. Prior to the wedding I visited with my mom to have the bands cleaned. Michael was so kind and passionate, not only about his work but also the sanctity of marriage and the symbol of the ring. Highly recommend visiting Anne and Michael! Anne Dale Jewelers are a great family owned company! My wedding ring and engagement ring are gorgeous. My husband loved working with Mr. Michael to pick out a perfect ring set for me. I as well love coming here to get my rings cleaned and have them maintained. The Dales are always so helpful!!
